1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the 85rbaji website and mobile platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore important to read them in full before accessing the platform.

To open an account with 85rbaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Residential address in Bangladesh

Identity Verification (KYC):

To verify your account, you may be required to submit one of the following documents — National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Large withdrawals will be restricted until document verification is complete.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

9 Account Suspension & Closure

85rbaji reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If identity verification is refused
• After extended inactivity (12 months)
• In response to a court order or legal claim
• At the member's own request

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing. Maintenance fees may apply to inactive accounts.
